  • Product & Solutions: Our products include a range of cloud platform services, with a focus on high-performance compute (HPC), as well as internal tools that enable the business to grow and scale effectively. This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to begin a career in product management and want to help deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions. You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to help shape product roadmaps, ensuring we build the right solutions for the right problems. You’ll also benefit from the mentorship and experience of senior product managers and designers as you develop your skills and establish yourself in the field.

  • HPC Architecture: As an HPC Architecture Graduate, you will help explore, evaluate and benchmark emerging technologies across the full computer architecture stack, including compute, networking and storage. Working with a variety of industry-leading vendors, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of high-performance computing (HPC) platforms that underpins a large-scale research environment. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of technology innovation, helping to incorporate world-class hardware and software into holistic HPC solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal architects, external vendors and customers to ensure new technologies are rigorously tested, validated and integrated into future HPC systems.

  • Network Automation: Network Automation team is responsible for designing and building the tools and services that enable automated, scalable, and self-service networking across NMC²’s global infrastructure. As a new graduate, you will work closely with experienced engineers to develop your skills in both networking and automation engineering. You’ll contribute to projects that improve how we provision, monitor, and operate networks at scale, while learning best practices in Infrastructure-as-Code, observability, and CI/CD. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are passionate about combining software engineering with networking, and who want to grow their expertise in automation within a large-scale, high-performance compute environment.

  • DevSecOps: The DevSecOps function ensures that secure software development is embedded at every stage of the engineering lifecycle, which enables our teams to move fast and safely. As a graduate DevSecOps Security Engineer, you’ll join a growing team focused on improving the security posture of our build pipelines, open-source dependencies and runtime environments. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to work across security tooling, automation and developer enablement, with the goal of making secure development second nature. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and gain deep exposure to how security integrates with DevOps in a modern research and technology firm.

  • DCaaS Architecture: We are seeking a graduate-level Associate Data Analyst to join our Architecture team, focused on the digital infrastructure that powers our high-performance compute environment. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of data analytics, infrastructure operations and emerging technologies. You’ll help integrate and analyze data from our Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) systems, collaborating with architects and engineers to develop insights that improve operational efficiency, capacity planning and system visibility.

  • Solutions Architecture: We are looking for passionate Graduate Engineers to join our growing Solutions Architecture Group, where you’ll work at the intersection of high-performance computing (HPC), systems engineering and future infrastructure strategy. As a Graduate Engineer in this team, you will help design and verify tailored HPC solutions that integrate compute, networking and storage technologies across our next-generation cloud platform.

  • Observability: We are looking for a Graduate Observability Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team, where you will focus on building and evolving the observability systems that power our global compute and research infrastructure. As part of the team, you’ll help design and scale observability platforms that handle telemetry from industry-leading GPU clusters and large-scale distributed systems.

  • Platform Architecture: We are seeking a Platform Architecture Graduate to support the design and documentation of the internal infrastructure, tooling and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes that underpin our global platform operations. This role offers a hands-on introduction to core platform engineering concepts, including CI/CD pipelines, API gateways and observability, through a mix of prototyping, process evaluation and knowledge sharing.
